To celebrate the brand's 100th anniversary, Diplomat has drawn inspiration from both the past and the future for its new fountain pen: Nexus. This pen combines the best of yesterday and tomorrow with a revolutionary design that delivers a smooth and enjoyable writing experience.
The Nexus is based on piston technology, an invention described as revolutionary by pen enthusiasts in the early 1900s. This system is combined with a new patented sealing system by securely closing the cap. No more risk of running out of ink; no more cartridges and their plastic packaging.
This black anodized aluminum fountain pen is accompanied by a silver trims, which gives it a stylish and modern look. It has an ink window in the barrel so you can visibly see your remaining ink level. This way you always know when it's time to refill.
The Nexus is equipped with a smooth writing #6 steel nib made by JoWo, one of the most renowned nib manufacturers in the world. This ensures a comfortable and consistent writing experience, regardless of your writing style.
To fill this pen, hold it with the tip pointing up. Simply unscrew the holder from the nib/grip body, fill the holder with your favorite ink bottle using the included pipe. This way you always enjoy the ink that suits you best.
