The impressive LAMY Imporium was designed by Mario Bellini, a great Italian designer. The design is dazzling and its design and structure make it part of LAMY's Signature Writing range, which combines modern, functional design with a luxurious writing experience.
The characteristic of the LAMY Imporium series is the straight-lined structure and grip, with in contrast the smooth cap with sturdy, high-gloss clip, which gives this model its unmistakable appearance.
The fountain pens have a PVD coating. This is a thin layer around the fountain pen that protects it against scratches. Only premium metals are used for the entire fountain pen: gold, platinum or titanium. What really rounds off the fountain pen is the PVD-refined two-tone 14kt gold nib that guarantees a uniquely smooth writing experience and is available in different nib widths.

Note: To ensure quality performance, LAMY tests their pens at the last step of production. This can sometimes show some blue ink, but this is part of the process.
