Visconti's latest launch takes inspiration from one of Van Gogh's most cherished and iconic paintings, the Japonaiserie Oiran painted in 1884. Van Gogh based this painting on a woodcut by the Japanese artist Kesai Eisen.
This Visconti Van Gogh series is made from natural resin uniquely blended to represent palettes of oil paints and is inspired by the artist's color and technique. The Van Gogh collection is distinguished in a special way by its attention to detail. For example, the name of the painting in question and Van Gogh's name are embossed on each cap edge of the pen.As a result, each fountain pen has its own unique color palette. The Visconti fountain pen has the well-known eighteen facets, where the many edges enhance the vibrant colours.
